Twin caged, double tourbillon inclined 30 degrees

Twin caged, double tourbillon machines These Twin caged, double tourbillons are so rare, the first 6 out of 10 took several years, nobody was counting in 2004. Greubel Forsey was creating Opus 6 for Harry Winston. Arguably or not, in gold, 6 of these plus 22 will make 28 in gold. 11 done in platinum. Over a series of photos, and I hope that the 38 other owners…will share better ones, I hope to explain, no…encourage…that to obtain even 1 in today’s low market, at any price just above 1,000,000 if found in working, restorable condition…it is well worth to buy it. I cannot afford one with the ease of enjoying the acquisition, but nevertheless, I know it is so significant as a machine of physics as well as a sculpture of engineering...

Personal Leica M240 and Leica Q

MY very own Leica M240 and Leica Q After 6 months…The Leica M240 is a status symbol that can cut both ways. Personal advice, since I have been using one with ALL the options on, even to the leather colors is to think of the price. In dollars, it will cost $10,000 sgd to have it functional. Add another $10,000 to make it useful. Minus 20% off all if you can find a good used piece. It is so powerful and mind bending as a tool, that it will now split my main hobby (which I was not good at), which is photography into my blog. It is flowing with enough, more than overkill, in educational content, to me at least….to make my blog almost free of words…yes..I am going to try minimal for a while. BUT I will photograph my unusual encounters,boring...

Greubel Forsey IP1 platinum under 2:1 macro by LAOWA 60mm

Greubel Forsey IP1 Greubel Forsey IP1 The Greubel Forsey IP1 platinum is in the closing years of the age of the superlative hand made, most costly, most rare watches, the sincerely most valued. Without the embalmed values of diamonds and such… Valued for hand made. An age which is to end. Greubel Forsey and Sincere Fine Watches present ‘More To It Than Meets The Eye’ Horological Meandering 2006 The IP1 in platinum of 11 pieces, and gold in 22…are, will be, the most documented, verified, as teutonic and Germans can be…no secret editions…always a pain to discover a decade or even 10 later! Now, more than 2013 to 2016…as Tag reintroduces the world to what the Chinese in Beijing have been doing since 2006…the tourbillon...

Leica M240, Pentax 645 on Greubel Forsey

Leica M240, Pentax 645 on Greubel Forsey Leica…but then http://www.kenrockwell.com/pentax/645d/I’ve been using this Pentax 645D for two years. Only the Leica M240 and the Sony’s ability to share all my Summilux, crons, etc..moved me to request for a Sony. Unlike my Greubel Forseys, I don’t pay for cameras…only the Leica I have to buy. My previous cameras were 4×5 film systems, Pentax 67 and the Mamiyas. I moved to digital Canon 1Ds for quite a number of years, enough to produce 3 paid books. So…this is NOT a review of cameras, just a sharing. In case people/readers are thinking of FULL FRAME and/or BIGGER. I am not a pro. I am not even a GOOD knowledgeable photographer…BUT I am a REAL 99% of the market, I guess, and...
