Buy low. In this market, picking the very best made.

How To buy low. You need uncontrollable set of events. (1) A wealthy, previously or currently wealthy seller…willing to sell. (2) Knowing the fundamental, not the advertised sentiment, value. (3) Having the $250,000 USD it will take.   I believe in unknown factors: LUCK and FORTUNE of the owner is numero uno. I have been UNEXPLAINABLY fortunate, lucky and blessed…which is why I never cover/conceal my watch serial numbers, they sell easily..to put it mildly. Then again, if single men all buy stuff instead of legally working clothing and gifts for women (the title pic)…we may have variable market dynamics. Here is what became LOW and what did not: First the platinum Parmigiani tourbillons fell, but I think, fundamentally these were made...

Greubel Forsey rare double 30 WG available!

Greubel Forsey Greubel Forsey rare fine double 30 WG VISION. In a slate grey, not the 2 million dollar platinum MOP, is coming in FS at auction in HKK by Philips. Probably 2006 to 2009. Less than 70 made in this form. All should be easily documented, certified. Think: WILL you buy something that supply is vague at best? Yet…demand is NOT explained, illustrated but by vague terms: “history”, “DNA”, parts of cars which are discarded…even if used in costly ways? No fake Greubel Forseys exist at all, in anything close to a child’s drawing. Let me be clear, I do not work for or will gain, from these watchmakersl Reserve entry bid is running in low, below $250,000 USD…BARGAIN price IF you win at $400k. New in 2007, it was...

Caseback Greubel Forsey Art Piece 2 & IP 1

Caseback of Greubel Forsey ‘s Invention Piece 1, Art Piece 2 have finally begun to evolve. Greubel Forsey took lead point. Caseback or not, all rare Greubel Forsey in platinum are and will remain as secure as investments as anything on the market. These works are evidence and represent what man can do without computers and electricity if need be. Caseback (s) have begun decisive evolution. Greubel Forsey is lead point man. These are classic powerfully committed decisions. Took 300 years. It will, IMHO, make these THE most important and valued watches, and audited to the hilt. Can’t go deeper. Can’t get more sure as real, no way to fake.   So Why will I think that a caseback to be DECISIVE? We all got tired of seeing the wheels and gears....

MOST expensive watch in the world by 2020

The MOST expensive watch by 2020 EXPENSIVE is the word. The MOST expensive watch by 2020 to 3016, a hundred years, will be a GREUBEL FORSEY. To predict something so daring, I have to offer a public punishment if I am wrong. I offer a self imposed punishment of $590,000 USD and more, because I will put the money where my mouth is, and BUY the damned thing. Not many people, thankfully, have asked why I am so ‘Greubel Forsey” these days. Am I being paid? Am I shilling, so that I can sell my own 3 Greubel Forseys? I don’t expect answers to be believed…at least by 50% of who ever reads this. But in Singapore, the Tax Man knows. He is welcome to post here, he/she has all of my tax returns…and that’s my proof. I am NOT PAID. I have NO...

Twin caged, double tourbillon inclined 30 degrees

Twin caged, double tourbillon machines These Twin caged, double tourbillons are so rare, the first 6 out of 10 took several years, nobody was counting in 2004. Greubel Forsey was creating Opus 6 for Harry Winston. Arguably or not, in gold, 6 of these plus 22 will make 28 in gold. 11 done in platinum. Over a series of photos, and I hope that the 38 other owners…will share better ones, I hope to explain, no…encourage…that to obtain even 1 in today’s low market, at any price just above 1,000,000 if found in working, restorable condition…it is well worth to buy it. I cannot afford one with the ease of enjoying the acquisition, but nevertheless, I know it is so significant as a machine of physics as well as a sculpture of engineering...
